Jehan Wadia was a loving and doting elder brother to Dr Kareeshma Wadia. He left for heavenly abode on the 1st of December,2002, at the young age of 20years. Dr Kareeshma was pursuing her medical education at the time. As in life, he only spread happiness even after he was no more. His family took a decision to donate his eyes. His pristine healthy corneas were donated to two individuals, who probably are leading a better life and blessing him for the same. This kindled a desire in Dr Kareeshma to try and reach out to all people struggling with vision, especially the large population of people in our country who have corneal blindness, which can be treated.
Jehan Eye Clinic is a centre for skilled clinical excellence. We aim to reach out to all sections of society, providing the best in eye-care without any compromise in quality, and to always be at par with recent advances in technology.
We strongly emphasize on the need to donate your eyes after death and not bury or burn them. Give the “Gift of sight” to two individuals and help them see this beautiful world.
